Works on installation, transfer of equipment and introduction of SCS in operation were carried out without stopping the functioning of customer services.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of SCS took place in several stages, starting with the complete dismantling of old communications.<\/p>\n<p>After the survey of the object, engineering and project documentation was developed and state examination of engineering documentation was completed. The received conclusion of the state expertise confirmed the validity and correctness of engineering and technological decisions taken during the design.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the well-coordinated interaction of SOLTI specialists, all the implementation was completed in short time.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, it became possible to connect all users to a single information system and provide
